If we spot a mistake, we say so: kindly, directly, and even when it's the boss who slipped. When the mistake is ours, we own it, fix it and learn from it. No cover-ups, no finger-pointing: curiosity about what happened beats blame, every time.

Designers and engineers sit on the same problem from day one, never in a relay. It makes the thinking sharper, the handovers shorter and the work better than either craft would manage on its own.
