Sparkling People Services is the Madrid consultancy of Silvia Pérez-Navarro, pairing legal headhunting with professional coaching. Building on a legal search practice begun in 2008, after 14 years as a practising lawyer, the firm places legal, tax, and compliance talent with law firms and companies, and coaches legal professionals towards stronger leadership, communication, and wellbeing.
